Do you know how you operate in the world?

Something I’m really passionate about is people understanding themselves intimately. Not a surface level understanding, but a deep knowing that spans from knowing their processing style to understanding their energy patterns. A lot of people come to me to help them figure out their next steps and we always start with the most important thing - them getting to know themselves! Because you can’t design a life that truly aligns unless you understand the person you are designing it for.
