You don’t need another self-help book!

Look I get it - I was a self-help junkie, I’ve probably spent thousands in WHSmiths, devouring each book with a hungriness that only comes from wanting to change your life. And if I’m honest with you, they all start sounding the same after a while. There’s only so far generic advice and ‘positive thinking’ can take you.
But what really started to change my life was understanding the importance of self-leadership. Self-leadership is about guiding your own thoughts, actions, and feelings to reach your personal and professional goals. I like to call it taking ownership of your life.
This is what I teach my clients. I get them to connect so deeply with the vision that they want for their life, that of course they start to feel motivated towards wanting to change it. But the first step to self-leadership is choosing themselves. And I can’t force anyone to do that - thankfully by the time they’ve booked a discovery call they are usually ready to redesign their life, my job is just to facilitate their journey.
